Over a coffee or two, we spend time to get to know you. Sometimes its over email, facebook or the phone. We want to know what’s important to you, what is not, and ultimately what you are looking to do now and in the future. We then provide you with relevant information including a detailed analysis, loan comparisons & an overall finance strategy with practical steps to take to help you achieve your objectives. Through highlighting key success factors specific to your individual circumstance, we ensure clear objectives are set and accomplished.

Our goal is that you continue to work with us for years to come, along with your immediate friends, family and associates. We want to continue to be renowned as the mortgage broker of choice. Whilst finding a C Finance branded fridge magnet, pen or beer holder in your house would be a compliment, receiving a phone call from a friend of yours is our ultimate.

About Your Broker

Brendan’s career in lending started by default sometime ago when at the age of 18 he applied for a loan at Westpac for his First Home loan. With limited online mortgage comparison websites, he made phone calls to 12 different banks in order to find the best deal and suitable mortgage. Mortgage brokers existed, however he wanted to find out for himself what suited his requirements. His experience in comparing what information was relevant to his strategy informally started a career in lending. Now 14 years later and broking loans in varying shapes and sizes for himself, his clients, family, friends and clients, he continue to strive for the best solution for each individual.

Brendan’s isn’t your average mortgage broker. His diverse career spans across finance, sales and accounting positions and has involved several successful start up ventures & senior positions in Finance, Software, Digital Marketing, and Entertainment sectors here and overseas (for publicly listed companies and SME’s). The commonality between all positions was working with people and companies with varying skill sets to create solutions and opportunities for clients. With a focus on strategy, value creation, timing & service delivery within the finance industry, he continues to successfully work with Business owners (SME’s), property investors & home owners Australia-wide.

Professional Training

During his career, he has successfully completed an MBA through Southern Cross University in 2006, certificate IV in Mortgage broking in 2007 and is currently undertaking the CPA along with a Masters of Professional Accounting and Masters in Tax. His pursuit of knowledge and depth of industry experience enables him to understand his diverse clientele and effectively provide well-structured mortgage and finance advice.
